objective in the year under review, staging
four concerts to offer the members of the
Society and the general public in
Shrewsbury and environs alike the
opportunity to experience, learn about and
appreciate classical choral music, either as
singers or as audience members. In the year
under review, it also offered four recitals
showcasing the talents of up-and-coming
young music students at the Royal Northern
College of Music. Finally, the society
organised a choral workshop for the public in
October 2023.
