The charit5ls constitution 15 that of a Charitable Trust. The Trustees of the charity comprise the Elders arbd Deacons. The Trustees of the charity are appointed by the Church Members as recommended by the existing Trustees.

In June, in accordance with the evolving Covid 19 pandemic restrictions and regulations imposed by the Goverrlment, a detailed risk assessment was performed, and appropriate actions defined, to ensure that all activities within the Church buildings, and across the site, were'covid safe". This was completed and implemented prior to the reopening of the Church inJuly. The risk assessment was reviewed each time the Governments regulations changed, and the assessment and actions updated where nece55ary. This enabled the Church to remain safely and legally open during the November lockdown. oBJE￿IVEs AND ACtIWTIES Summary of the objects of the charity set out in its governing document.. To permit the said Chapel or Meeting House to be used occupied and enjoyed as a place of Public ReligioLJS Worship in accordance with the Statement of Faith defined in the Trust Deed. Summary of the main activities undertaken for the public benefit in relation to these objects.. Sunday Services for PLJblic Worship Midweek meetings for Public Worship and Christian teaching Special events for Public Worship and Christian teaching. The Trustees have had regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on Public Benefit. ACHIEvEME￿rS AND PERFORMANCE Surnmary of the main achievements of the charity during the year.. SeNices for public worship were held every Sunday and on Christmas day apart from during the first Covid 19 lockdown frorn 23rc March to 4thJuly when it was illegal for churches to hold services. However, during this period of lockdown, regular ministry continued using the Church website. Regular meetings for Bible study and Christian teaching were held on Tuesday evenings up to the 23rd March. The impact of subsequent restrictions preclLJded the restarting of rhese meetings in July. The Covid 19 restrictions forced the Mums and Toddlers groLJP to be suspended from March rd 23 to the end of the reporting period. All these meetings and activities were open to the general public and were well supported given the limitations imposed by the Governfflent.

The total assets of the Charity are monitored by the Trustees to ensure that there are a￿ayS sufficient funds to meet all know liabilities. Apart from a small amount held in the COIF Charity Fund, the financial reserves are currently held in the Church's bank accounts. Although the Church was closed for nearly 4 months, members and regular attendees continued to promde financial support to the extent that income exceeded expenditure ovei the financial year. TRusfEES' RESPONSIBILrrtES StATEMENT The trLJStees are responsible for preparing the trustees, annual report and the financial statements in accordance with applicable law and regulations. The trustees have prepared financial statements in accordance with Charities SORP FRS 102. The trustees are satisfied that they give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of Inskip BaptlSt Church and the income and expenditure of the charity for that year. The trustees are responsible for keeping adequate accounting records that are sufficient to show the chariws transartions and disclose with reasonable accuracy at any time the fin3ncièl position of the charity- They are also responsible for saleguarding the assets of the charity and hence for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud and other irregularitie5. INDEPENDENT EXAMINER A resolution to appoint Mr N Smith FCCA of Rotherham Taylor Limited as independent examiner for the ensuing year will be proposed at the annual general meeting.
