Viner Memorial Fund, using their personal skills and

You are satisfied that the accounts are not required by charity law to be audited and have chosen instead to have an independent examination. I report in respect of my examination of the accounts. I have carried out my examination under section 145 of the Act. In carryin8 Out my examination I have followed the Directions glven by the Charlty Commisslon under section 14515llbl of the Act.
