Our charity aims to make a practical difference by assisting students from ethnic backgrounds who need that first break to get into the industry. The trustees and administrator provide a duty of care to the George Viner Memorial Fund, using their personal skills and experience to ensure the charityoperates efficiently. |

You are satisfied that the accounts are not required by charity law to be audited and have chosen instead to have an independent examination. I report in respect of my examination of the accounts. I have carried out my examination under section 145 of the Act. In carryin8 Out my examination I have followed the Directions glven by the Charlty Commisslon under section 14515llbl of the Act. An Independent examinatlon does not involve gatherlng all the evSdence that would be requlred Sn an audit and con5equentty does not cover all the matters that an audltor considers In giving their opinSon on the accounts.
