Responsibilities and As the charity truslees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 ("the Act"). I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145{5){b) of the Act. I have completed my examination. Section C Ob'ectives and activities The land shall continue to be approprlated and used for the purposes of a voluntary or foundation school or Academy within the meaning of the Education Acts and any regulations made thereunder. Religious Instruction in accordance with the principles and doctrines of the Church of England shall be given at the School subject to the provisions of the Education Acts. The income shall be applied: (1) By making such payments as are necessary (including in relation to the dlscharge of any obligations under the Educations Acts wlth respect to the Maintenan of the school; and (2) In or towards provlding such special benefits of any kind not nomalty provided by Govemment (national or local) for the School as may frorn time to time be agreed by the Trustee.
