I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity ("the Trust") for the year ended 3111212024.
Responsibilities and As the charity truslees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation
basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act
2011 ("the Act").
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145{5){b) of the Act.
I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have
come to my attention (other than that disclosed below ") in connection with
the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material
respect:
accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of
the Act or
the accounts do not accord with the accounting records
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters In connection
with the examination to which attention should be drawn in order to enable a
proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.

Descrlptlon of the charlty's trusts
This Trust Fund was originally ¢xeated pursuant to a bequest In the Wll of
Jane Proby dated 1st April 1712 and knovm as the 'Proby Endowed
School,, comprising school property, a house at 130 Main Street, Yaxley,
land and investrnents. The school 18 now called The William de Yaxley
Church of England Academy.

How the charity is constituted
The charity Is a register￿1 Charity created pursuant to a Charity
Commission Scheme dated 21 st Juty 1997 (later amended by a Trust
Modffication Order on the 1 st October 2014).
Trustee selection methods
The ED8F subsequenty became the Trustee pursuant to a Deed of
Retirement and AppolntsTrent of New Trustee dated 29th September 2014,
subject to restr￿tion.

Ob'ectives and activities
The land shall continue to be approprlated and used for the purposes of a
voluntary or foundation school or Academy within the meaning of the
Education Acts and any regulations made thereunder.
Religious Instruction in accordance with the principles and doctrines of
the Church of England shall be given at the School subject to the
provisions of the Education Acts.
The income shall be applied:
(1) By making such payments as are necessary (including in relation to
the dlscharge of any obligations under the Educations Acts wlth respect
to the Maintenan￿ of the school; and
(2) In or towards provlding such special benefits of any kind not nomalty
provided by Govemment (national or local) for the School as may frorn
time to time be agreed by the Trustee.

The William de Yaxley Church of England Academy has been provided
wilh aid for extra educational facilities of a kind not normally provKled by
Govemment (national or locag for the School. In 2024, these included
KICK provision of values-based Sports Coaching. Mentoring & Sports
Chaplaincy, PIXL membership and the provision of Bibles for the year 6
students when movlng on from the school.
The Trustees confirm that they have had regard to the guidance issued
by the Charity Commission on public benefit.
