Educational Grants to under 25's who live, or have been educated in Cirencester
Objects: To Provide The Following Benefits For Persons Of Either Sex Who Have Not Attained The Age Of 25 Years, Who Are Resident In The Parish Of Cirencester, Or Have For Not Less Than Three Years At Any Time Attended A School In Cirencester And Are In Need Of Financial Assistance: 1. Scholarships, Bursaries, Maintenance Allowances Or Grants Tenable At Any School, University, Or Other Place Of Learning, Approved By The Trustees. 2. Apprenticeship Premiums, Financial Assistance, Outfits, Clothing, Tools, Instruments Or Books To Help Beneficiaries On Leaving School, A University Or Any Other Educational Establishment To Prepare For, Or To Enter A Profession, Trade Or Calling. 3. Scholarships Or Maintenance Allowances To Enable Beneficiaries To Travel Abroad To Pursue Their Education. 4. Assistance Towards The Provision Of Facilities Of Any Kind Not Normally Provided By The Local Education Authority, For Recreation And Social And Physical Traingin, Including The Provision Of Coaching In Athletics, Sports And Games, For Beneficiaries Who Are Receiving Primary, Secondary Or Further Education: And 5. Financial Assistance To Enable Beneficiaries To Study Music Or Other Arts.
