Executive Committee considers that the group should

5,000. Itisalsopolicyto holdasum off5,000to cover
nual leasepaymentsso thatnofinancialburden fallson
Scout Association should the Group close.
Group held reserves of approximatelyf41,300 against

expenses. However the Group will be required to
makebackpaymentson the lease, currentlyf13,000,plus
