||Executive Committee considers that the group should|
||asum equivalentto12 months running costs, circa|
||5,000. Itisalsopolicyto holdasum off5,000to cover|
||nual leasepaymentsso thatnofinancialburden fallson|
||Scout Association should the Group close.|
||Group held reserves of approximatelyf41,300 against|
||atyear end.Thisisabove the level requiredfor|
||expenses. However the Group will be required to|
||makebackpaymentson the lease, currentlyf13,000,plus|
||icitors fees once the leaseiscompleted. This will be met<br>the reserve fund and the generalfund.<br>The|
