Due regard has been given to Charity Commission advice and guidance on Public Benefit.

The main achievements of the charity over the past year are as follows:

Enabled social gatherings and parties to be held in safe and pleasant premises.

Provided a comfortable, safe and Covid 19 secure venue for local groups and committees.

Organised and ran the Annual Village Autumn Fair and Dog Show.

The charity does not currently have a policy regarding reserves.

The trustees declare that they have approved the Trustees Report above.
