## **The Objectives of the charity as set out in the governing document are:** 

The maintenance and provision of a village hall to be used by the residents of the village of Ashurst and the neighbourhood without distinction of sex, or of religious, political or other opinions, and in particular for lectures, classes and meetings, and for leisure-time occupation and other forms of recreation, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the above mentioned inhabitants. 

**The main activities undertaken for the public benefit are as follows:** 

Film Nights Flower and Produce Show 

Pilates 

Yoga Drama productions 

WI Events 

Clock Repair Club 

Due regard has been given to Charity Commission advice and guidance on Public Benefit. 

## **The main achievements of the charity over the past year are as follows:** 

Enabled social gatherings and parties to be held in safe and pleasant premises. 

Provided a comfortable, safe and Covid 19 secure venue for local groups and committees. 

Organised and ran the Annual Village Autumn Fair and Dog Show. 

## **The charity does not currently have a policy regarding reserves.**
