Remarkably over the years funds have been raised, and proved by local authority and other charity grants to build and extension lo accommodate proper kitchen and toilet facilities and a meeting room, upgrade insulation and healing I installation of doLJble glazing and air-source heal pumps) and more recently the installation of a new sprung floor for the main hall. Section D Achievements and performance Summary ofthe maln achlevements of the ¢harlty durlng the year The biggest achievemenls this year were 1) organising and pulling on another fundraising pantomime which raised a nel c£4.500 for the Village Hall.11 brought a great deal of enjoyment lo both Ihe participants and the general public 2) The installation of a new floor lo the main hall an essential need to replace an ageing wooden floor which was becoming a hazard for particularfy young users. 11 cost over £12,000 funded mainly by a grant form Mid Suffolk District Council and partly from our own funds.
