CONEY HALL TRUST INDEPENDENT EXAMINER'S REPORT FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2023 We report to the Trustees on our examination of the financial statements set out of pages 3 to 6 of Coney Hall Trust Assembly Rooms West Wickham Kent forthe yearended 31 December 2023. The financial statements show net assets of £232928 on page 5, an excess of unrestrided income over expenditure of £817 on page 3 and £4991 on page 4. Respective Responsibilltles of the Trustee5 and Examiner As described on page I the CharitW5 Trustees are responsible for the preparation of the financial statements in accordance with the Charities Act 2011 Ithe Act) We port in respect of our examination of the Trusys financial statements carried out under section 145 of the Act and in carrying out our examination we have followed all of the applicable Directions given by the Charrties Commission under section 145151{bl of the Act. It Is our responsiblllty to: examine the accounts under section 145 of the Act: b. follow the procedures laid down in the General Dirertions gwen by the Charity Commission under section 1451Sllbl of the Act,. State whether any particular matters have come to our attention. 8asls Of Independent Examinerfs Report An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the Charity and a comparison of t':ie financial statements presented with those records.
