The trustees are responsib￿ for the p￿parat￿)n of financial sLitements for each financial year whlch
give a true and falr vlew of the sLite of the charlty at the end of the financial year and of the surplus
or deficit of the charfty for that year. In preparin8 those financlal ststements the trustees are

detectlon of fraud and other Irregularlties.
The trustees are also responslble for the contents of the trustees, ￿port and the responslbillty of
the Independent examiner in relation to the trustee< report is limited to examining the rewrt and
ensurln8 that on the face of the report there are no inconsistencies with the figures dlsdosed In the

INDEPENDENT EXAMINER'S REPORT
FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2023
We report to the Trustees on our examination of the financial statements set out of pages 3 to 6 of
Coney Hall Trust Assembly Rooms West Wickham Kent forthe yearended 31 December 2023. The
financial statements show net assets of £232928 on page 5, an excess of unrestrided income over
expenditure of £817 on page 3 and £4991 on page 4.
Respective Responsibilltles of the Trustee5 and Examiner
As described on page I the CharitW5 Trustees are responsible for the preparation of the financial
statements in accordance with the Charities Act 2011 Ithe Act)
We ￿port in respect of our examination of the Trusys financial statements carried out under section
145 of the Act and in carrying out our examination we have followed all of the applicable Directions
given by the Charrties Commission under section 145151{bl of the Act.
It Is our responsiblllty to:
examine the accounts under section 145 of the Act:
b. follow the procedures laid down in the General Dirertions gwen by the Charity Commission under
section 1451Sllbl of the Act,.
C. State whether any particular matters have come to our attention.
8asls Of Independent Examinerfs Report
An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the Charity and a comparison of
t':ie financial statements presented with those records. It also intludes consideration of any unusual
items or disclosures in the accounts and seeking explanations from you as Trustees where such
matters may arise. The procedures undertaken do not provide all of the evidence that would be
required in an audit and tonsequently no opinion is given as to whether the financial statements
present a true and fair view and the report is limited to those matters set out in the next statement.

We have completed our examination and we confirm that no material matter5 have come to our
attention in connection with the examination gNing us cause to believe that in any material respect..
a. the accounting records were not kept in respect of the Trust as required by section 130, Or;
b. the financial statements do not accord with those records.
