The Charity administers and maintains two Village Halls and is the landlord for Biddenden Squash Club, Biddenden Tennis Club, Biddenden Juniours Football Club and Biddenden Bowls Club
Objects: Charity Shall Be The Provision And Maintenance Of The Village Hall And Other Properties For The Use Of The Inhabitants Of The Parish Of Biddenden Without Distinction Of Political, Religious Or Other Opinions, Including Use For Meetings, Lectures And Classes, And For Other Forms Of Recreation And Leisure-Time Occupation, With The Object Of Improving The Condition Of Life For The Said Inhabitants. (2) The Land And Buildings Belonging To The Charity Shall Be Held Upon Trust For The Purposes Of A Village Hall And Other Forms Of Recreation As Aforesaid.
