The provision and maintenance of a village hall for the community to be used for meetings of local groups, the primary school, leisure, social and entertainment activities, and for private hire by local residents and others. Also, the Charity runs an annual 'Frogham Fair' to raise money for the maintenance of the hall and to support other local groups and charities.
Objects: Provision And Maintenance Of A Village Hall For The Use Of The Inhabitants Of The Parish Of Hyde Without Distinction Of Political, Religious Or Other Opinions Including Use To Meetings, Lectures And Classes And For Other Forms Of Recreation And Leisure-Time Occupation, With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For The Said Inhabitants.
