ADnUYdl Report to Charity CommissioD for 2024 Crookham Wat Memorial Halls is a r¢gistered charity (301784) providing a community hall facility to the peopl¢ of Church Crookham and surrounding areas. The facilities include two halls. a large grassed area, and a good car park. The Main Hall has a capacity of150 with a [￿ed stage, a sprung timber dance floor, modern kitchen and disabled toil¢t with a baby Change. The other hall will take 50 people and provides its own kitchen and toilets. including disabled and baby change facilities. Both halls have modern double-glazed windows and doors, the Main Hall had its lighting and fire escape lighting ieplaced with environmentally responsible new LED lights while the smaller hall had its strip lighting replaced with low energy LED lighiing. The halls have their electrics, gas, and fire extinguishers checked regularly and have valid safety certificates for all. Both halls had antiquated tables remov¢d and r¢plac¢d with modern, lightw¢ight, folding tables. two sizes, stored on trollies to make them Tnore accessible. It is possible to book either hall for use belween 8.00am and 12.00 midnight, seven days a week. The charity is managed by a volunteer committee of trustees generally elected by organisations using the halls 01 Co-opted members of the public.
