The Contract works have now been completed to eradicate the damp problems in the Snooker Room including removing existing ramp and re-concreting, replacing of flooring and joists as required and installing air vents to improve the air flow. A dehumidifier was used for a period to dry oul arw. Skirting and dado rail were refitted and the outside wall was sealed and the inside wall repainted as it was badly stained as a result of water damage . The children's play area is well used and we have had the equipment repainted with a grant from Section 106 monies.
