| The Forebury continues as open space for |
||||
| general recreational use for children and dog |

| Essex County Council continue to use the Fire Station with a 10year lease dated 1"August |

| The new footpath across The Forebury is |

| complete with the money having been |
||||
| invested. The transfer ofextra land taken is still |
||||
| under negotiation. However, the consortium |
||||
| has agreed a further f30,000, which has now | ||||
| been paid. Negotiations are continuing with |
||||
| the Land Registry with difficulty to formally | ||||
| transfer the land. | ||||
| It was decided to erect a safety fence between | ||||
| the cricket ground and bowling green as cricket |
||||
| balls were landing on the green. The fence will |
||||
| be 15m high by 54m long. This has now been | ||||
| completed. |
