				The sports grounds continue to be occupied by
				Harlow Cricket Club playing cricket. The club

				complete with the money having been
				invested. The transfer ofextra land taken is still
				under negotiation. However, the consortium
				has agreed a further f30,000, which has now
				been paid. Negotiations are continuing with
				the Land Registry with difficulty to formally
				transfer the land.
				It was decided to erect a safety fence between
				the cricket ground and bowling green as cricket
				balls were landing on the green. The fence will
				be 15m high by 54m long. This has now been
				completed.
