Net income from hirings was E24,641 (811,341 2021). Operating costs amounted to 618,895(F15,027 2021). |

| Trustees carried out a programme offurther refurbishment and |

| improvement projects during 2022 supported from accumulated |

| grants from external funders. These included insulation and re-rendering |
||||
| work to the majority ofthe outside walls ofthe hall to reduce heat loss, | ||||
| replacement of internal lighting with LED units to reduce energy |
||||
| consumption and repainting of internal walls within two ofthe rooms and |

| public areas. Further work is planned for 2023. |

| As a result ofa successful campaign by County Broadband Ltd to provide |

| broadband services to village residents, as promised a wi-fi hub |
