This year we have seen several trustees leave the committee and we thank them for their years of support. ￿lIe new trustees have joined us we appear to have a smaller committee at the moment with the key post of secretary still vacant. Thank you to all the trustees past and present for their help and support in running the village hall, we have a great amenity for the village and their help keeps it going. Financial Review Review of the charity's financial position at the end Para 1.21 The Charity was able to meet all its financial obligations. Statement explaining the policy for holding reserves stating why they are held Para 1.22 Following our experience through Covid, a robust reserves policy was introduced. We realised that if for any reason our funding dropped off, we would need a year to change the way we provide facilities to our local community.
