Thanks are due to all the committees who
organised events and to all the volunteers who
helped, without them the village hall and playing
fields would struggle to survive.
This year we have seen several trustees leave
the committee and we thank them for their
years of support. ￿lIe new trustees have
joined us we appear to have a smaller
committee at the moment with the key post of
secretary still vacant. Thank you to all the
trustees past and present for their help and
support in running the village hall, we have a
great amenity for the village and their help
keeps it going.

stating why they are held
Para 1.22
Following our experience through Covid, a
robust reserves policy was introduced. We
realised that if for any reason our funding
dropped off, we would need a year to change
the way we provide facilities to our local
community. We therefore agreed to keep the
previous year's normal expenditure as a
reserve. This year the sum is £35333 which is a
reduction from last year.
Additionally, we hold a reserve currently
£25596 on behalf of the Tennis Club to be used
