I report In respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out under sectlon 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination I have followed all the applicable directions given by the Charity Commission under sectlon 14515llbl of the Act. Old Wlndsor Memorial Hall Annual Report and Accounts For the year ended 31 March 2024 OBJECTIVES AND ACTIVITIES The charity's objects are the provision and maintenance of a village hall for the use of the inhabitants of the area of benefit without distinction of political, religious or other opinions, including use for meetings, le¢ture5 and classes, and for other forms of recreation and leisure-time occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants. The area of benefit is the Parish of Old Windsor. The trustees have paid due reEard to guidance issued by the Charities Commission in deciding what activities the charity should undertake. Achievements and performance A quiet and stable period at the Hall with a year of standard maintenance for a 60 ye3r old building and preparations for future renovations of the kitchen and toilets in the coming year. The Committee Room was fully decorated, making it a more usable space and the Organ chamber cleared pending any future plans. There were no significant change5 Wlth regard5 to regular bookers but a positive increase in weekend party booking was m05t welcome.
