All the hirers beneft the local community, whether that be for health reasons, exercise or pleasure. The Hall is also used as a polling station for local and general elections; in recent years it has been used by the by East West Rail and the Black Cat Road developers for public consultation |

Para 1.20 | The Charity has continued to operate the hall for the benefit of the local community. There are a wide number and range of regular users as well as the hall being available for functions. The hall continues to be maintained, and the facility improved.The hall has also been ftted with solar panels. This sustainable approach will reduce energy costs and will beneft the hirer and wider community by not having to increase the hirer fee with other everyday costs increasing. They will also lower the carbon footprint therefore benefting the environment |

Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of Ihe Trust, you are responsible for the preparation basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities AGI 2011 {"the Act").
