The event featured beautifully lit displays and food stalls. It raised a significant sum while also creating a magical experience for attendees. Christmas Fayre The Christmas Fayre was a highlight of the festive season, with stalls offering games, crafts, gifts, and seasonal treats. The raffle and tombola were popular treats and contributed substantially to the event's success. This event not only raised funds but also celebrated the holiday spirit within the community. Infant and Junior Discos The infant and junior discos were well-attended and thoroughly enjoyed by the students. These events provided a safe and fun environment for children to socialize and dance, and the ticket sales and refreshments generated additional funds for the PTA. |
Summer Fayre The Summer Fayre was the biggest event of the year, featuring games, inflatables, a bbq, and a variety of stalls. The event brought families together raising significant funds to support school projects while also strengthening community ties.
Impact of Fundraising The funds raised from these events were used to enhance the educational experience of children at Gorse Ride Schools. Key expenditures included: • Purchasing new playground equipment. • Funding enrichment activities such as educational workshops and school trips. • Providing additional classroom resources to support learning.
