|Summary of the main<br>achievements of the charity,<br>identifying the difference the<br>charity’s work has made to<br>the circumstances of its<br>beneficiaries and any wider<br>benefits to society as a<br>whole.|Para 1.20|for GRSA, with several key events that<br>brought the community together and raised<br>valuable funds for the schools:<br>Light Show<br>Our light show was a spectacular<br>success, attracting families from<br>across the community. The event<br>featured beautifully lit displays and<br>food stalls. It raised a significant<br>sum while also creating a magical<br>experience for attendees.<br>Christmas Fayre<br>The Christmas Fayre was a<br>highlight of the festive season, with<br>stalls offering games, crafts, gifts,<br>and seasonal treats. The raffle and<br>tombola were popular treats and<br>contributed substantially to the<br>event's success. This event not only<br>raised funds but also celebrated the<br>holiday spirit within the community.<br>Infant and Junior Discos<br>The infant and junior discos were<br>well-attended and thoroughly<br>enjoyed by the students. These<br>events provided a safe and fun<br>environment for children to socialize<br>and dance, and the ticket sales and<br>refreshments generated additional<br>funds for the PTA.|





Summer Fayre The Summer Fayre was the biggest event of the year, featuring games, inflatables, a bbq, and a variety of stalls. The event brought families together raising significant funds to support school projects while also strengthening community ties. 

**Impact of Fundraising** The funds raised from these events were used to enhance the educational experience of children at Gorse Ride Schools. Key expenditures included: • Purchasing new playground equipment. • Funding enrichment activities such as educational workshops and school trips. • Providing additional classroom resources to support learning.

Review of the charity’s  Para 1.21  Gorse Ride Schools Association raised<br>financial position at the end  £26k through fundraising activities and<br>of the period  spent £6k on equipment and resources for<br>the school. accounts in accordance wilh the requirements of the Charities Act 2011

under section 145 of Ihe 2011 Act and in carying out my examination, I
have followed all the applicable Directsons given by the Charity Commission
under section 14515llb) of the Act.
