Achievements and Performance SORP refgwnc During 202312024 peri¢xl the charity has seen its aGtivFty increasing compared to previous year. Summary of the main achievements of the charity, identfying the differenGe the Gharily's work has made to the circumstances of its beneficidrie5 and any wider benefits lo socièty as a whole. Para 1.20 Funds raised in the ear.. During the year, BSA has run most of its usual event and managed to rise funds in the value of £42,605. Biggest event of the year was Rob's Festival which Gontrlbuted to an Income of £12,803 and after deducting th@ incurrèd coslg with the event of £7,118 resulted in a net income of £5,885. Second biggest contribLrtor to the overall net income is Second hand unifom sales which generated a cash income of £5.427. School Lottery Continued to be a big contributor to the BSA'S income generating a total of £3.602 in th¢ year. Other big events organised by the BSA with the help of parent volunteers were follows.. Year 7 barbeque net income £2,618 Non-unifom day £2,317 Comedy nht with net income £1,664 Funds aid to the school this ear.. BSA has provided funding io the school amounting to £310 This is lowÈr than the income generatod in the year and is lower compared to prior year funding. This is pnmarily ¢Jue to the timing of funding requésts. We note that a significant funding payment to benefit the school of £7,495 was made shortly after the year-end in response to departmental bids. This amount is recorded as a commitment in the a¢counts as this payment was approved and committed by the BSA committee before the year end. other commitments of £3.009 represent committed costs wth u comin events.
