Beaumont School by providing and assisting
in the provision of facilities at the school
which are not usually provided from statutory
funds. As an ancillary to this purpose the
BSA may foster more extended relationships

associated with the school and engage in
activities which support the school and
advance the education of the pupils
attending it.

events throughout the year for the purpose

Para 1.20 During 2022/2023 period the charity has seen its
activity increasing up to the pre pandemic level.
Also, some events which were run online in the
previous year, such as the quiz night, were
organised in person.
Funds raised in the year:
During the year, BSA has run most of its usual
events and managed to raise funds to the value of
£37,141.89. The biggest event of the year was
Rob’s Festival which contributed to an income of
£10,202.56 and after deducting the incurred costs
of the event of £4,718.24 this resulted in a net
income of £5,484.32.
The School Lottery continued to be a big
contributor to the BSA’s income generating a total
of £4,157.50 in the year.
Other big events organised by the BSA with the
help of parent volunteers were follows:

Funds paid to the school this year.
BSA has funded items for the school totalling
£28,295.16. The main donations were to fund an
outdoor canopy and outdoor benches (£9,922)
and Chromebooks for the science class (£13,793).

Para 1.22 We aim to hold at reserves at each year end
between £3,000 and £10,000. BSA holds a
contingency fund of £3000, £400 for insurances
and registration fees and £500 for an inclusion
fund for such requests from the school.
