|Summary of the main<br>achievements of the<br>charity, identifying the<br>difference the charity’s<br>work has made to the<br>circumstances of its<br>beneficiaries and any<br>wider benefits to society<br>as a whole.|Para 1.20|During 2022/2023 period the charity has seen its<br>activity increasing up to the pre pandemic level.<br>Also, some events which were run online in the<br>previous year, such as the quiz night, were<br>organised in person.<br>Funds raised in the year:<br>During the year, BSA has run most of its usual<br>events and managed to raise funds to the value of<br>£37,141.89. The biggest event of the year was<br>Rob’s Festival which contributed to an income of<br>£10,202.56 and after deducting the incurred costs<br>of the event of £4,718.24 this resulted in a net<br>income of £5,484.32.<br>The School Lottery continued to be a big<br>contributor to the BSA’s income generating a total<br>of £4,157.50 in the year.<br>Other big events organised by the BSA with the<br>help of parent volunteers were follows:<br>-<br>Year 7 barbeque net income £1,913<br>-<br>Second hand uniform sale net income<br>£3,360<br>-<br>Comedy night with net income £2,156<br>-<br>Non-uniform day £1,904<br>Funds paid to the school this year.<br>BSA has funded items for the school totalling<br>£28,295.16. The main donations were to fund an<br>outdoor canopy and outdoor benches (£9,922)<br>and Chromebooks for the science class (£13,793).|

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended **DD / MM / YYYY** . 

- **Responsibilities and** As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation **basis of report** of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”). 

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
