The Trust also owns another house (13 Wilton Road, EN4 9DX) which is also rented to Christ Church Cockfosters for use by a member of staff at Christ Church Cockfosters. The ownership and rental of these properties is of benefit to Christ Church Cockfosters as it seeks to advance the Christian religion. |
