We do have a r#)isy ctem near the bar area, but Ihis is being modrfied to ha scmne soundprocrj fftted. We irrtend soon fitting a WIFI thermostst to ts system. so tirj requirements be programmed by various committee members from the mort CA their own trK)mes. The IariJ loop system is rrenty beirwJ Work on" it was Th)t instslled o)rrecty originally, arKI lain essential parts were reNer aUallY used, so rt is (bubllul rf it has ever worked properly or at all, but all ttms is n¢M in hand, a1 a trial run with ts modrfied system will be made at our Organ Show M Friday June 14th. when hopefully allen members with surtabte fearirYJ will be at4e to gile their verdict on our progress so far. This arrangement works well for thèm for us. ar#J l think Ihe tsjmmtttee will join me in sawrHJ that we have an excellent relarth with the Nwwy r&3ardiThJ our joint needs. There was a numtef of reQsts for chw.rs wth amis for tre slighty less mobile visrtors; this was resear¢W, IL¥)ked like a major expense. trtrt we fnd a Sour of arms that ojuld be fitted to our CLmnt cairs. th's prov&J to a ¥ery economical solution to this reqLEsL arvj is workirYJ wdl. We haNE f¢Jur ai the ar ill a(kl rn8 rf there is an ijbvious need for extra seal to be mt>Jified.. As bcMing clerk, David has. wilh (xjmmittee apprrnl, irtigated several chaTr3es to charges arKI times. and this seems to be (with one exception) realty WrkIng well for all our hirers.
