Anne opened the mee@ng and welcomed those present.

As there were was no members of the. Public in the audience. The procedure would be that Anne would conduct the mee@ng and the previous commiMee would move from the audience, and the new commiMee would be elected.

We do have a r#)isy ctem near the bar area, but Ihis is being modrfied to ha￿ scmne soundproc￿r￿j fftted. We irrtend soon fitting a WIFI thermostst to ts system. so ￿tir￿j requirements be programmed by various committee members from the ￿mort CA their own trK)mes. Problems with some windows not workir¥J (yenirKJ WOFwly are in harKI. Problems with the dishwaer water softener have been sol￿d. The main ro￿ has been repaired after leaks were found. but at some wint in the not too distant future, it will need a full renoval￿n Other minor problems that have been found with the Centre ha been addresJ as n￿sary.
