1. Welcome to mee@ng and clarifica@on of procedure 

Anne opened the mee@ng and welcomed those present. 

As there were was no members of the. Public in the audience. The procedure would be that Anne would conduct the mee@ng and the previous commiMee would move from the audience, and the new commiMee would be elected.

3. Approve & sign Minutes of 2023 AGM 

Minutes of the AGM on 13 June 2023 were proposed by Jean seconded Mick and approved by vote for signing by Anne.

Various small problems with the hall have been addressed. or are beiNJ worked on.
special valves r￿eded for our ￿ntral heatirKJ V•Ere elents￿lty Sour￿ and fitted, and the
system now appears to be workirg well. We do have a r#)isy ct*em near the bar area, but
Ihis is being modrfied to ha￿ scmne soundproc￿r￿j fftted. We irrtend soon fitting a WIFI
thermostst to ts system. so ￿tir￿j requirements be programmed by various
committee members from the ￿m*ort CA their own trK)mes.
The I￿ari￿J loop system is ￿rrenty beirwJ Work￿ on" it was Th)t instslled o)rrecty
originally, arKI ￿lain essential parts were reNer a￿UallY used, so rt is (bubllul rf it has
ever worked properly or at all, but all ttms is n¢M in hand, a￿1 a trial run with ts modrfied
system will be made at our Organ Show M Friday June 14th. when hopefully a￿llen
members with surtabte fearirYJ will be at4e to gile their verdict on our progress so
far.
Problems with some windows not workir¥J (yenirKJ WOFwly are in harKI.
Problems with the dishwa*er water softener have been sol￿d.
The main ro￿ has been repaired after leaks were found. but at some wint in the not too
distant future, it will need a full renoval￿n Other minor problems that have been found with
the Centre ha* been addres*J as n￿sary.

PlannirHJ stage at this mornent.

The Nursery migm be usirKJ the hall on a faity regular basis. and ha¥t agre&d that on

arrangement works well for thèm for us. ar#J l think Ihe tsjmmtttee will join me in
sawrHJ that we have an excellent rela￿rth￿ with the Nwwy r&3ardiThJ our joint needs.
There was a numtef of reQ￿sts for chw.rs wth amis for tr￿e slighty less mobile visrtors;
this was resear¢W, IL¥)ked like a major expense. trtrt we f￿nd a Sour￿ of arms
that ojuld be fitted to our CLmnt c*airs. th's prov&J to a ¥ery economical solution
to this reqLEsL arvj is workirYJ wdl. We haNE f¢Jur ai the ar￿ *ill a(kl rn￿8 rf there
is an ijbvious need for extra seal to be mt>Jified..
As bcM*ing clerk, David has. wilh (xjmmittee apprrnl, ir￿tigated several chaTr3es to
charges arKI times. and this seems to be (with one exception) realty W￿rkIng well for all our
