Section D Achievements and performance THE TRUSTEES HAVE DISTRIBUTED INCOME ARISING FRO THEIR INVESTMENTS AND THROUGH FUND RAISING FUNCTIONS AND ACTIVITIES. THESE DISTRIBUTIONS RELATE TO TWO EVENTS WHICH VERE ORGANISED BY THE TRUSTEES. Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year THE FIRST EVENT INVOLVED A GALA DINNER TO RAISE FUNDS FOR SIOBHAN'S TRUST- A CHARITABLE ORGANISATION COOKING PIZLAS IN MOBILE PIZZA VANS. IN UKRAINE TO FEED THOSE DISPLACED BY THE WAR. IN A CARING AND MOTIVATIONAL ENVIRONMENT. THE EVENT RAISED £33,943, AGAINST COSTS OF £8,047. THE SECOND EVENT WAS THE ANNUAL SWANBOURNE ENDEAVOUR- A CHARITY MUD RUN WHICH RAISES FUNDS FOR A NUMBER OF LOCAL CHARITIES. THIS YEAR THE TOTAL RAISED WAS £20,501 AGAINST COSTS OF £9.414. THE TOTAL DISTRIBUTED TO AUTISM EARLY SUPPORT, THE ROYAL BRITISH LEGION, BUCKS COMMUNITY FOUNDATION, SSAFA AND BACQ WAS £12,500, IN ADDITION USING FUNDS HELD FROM THE CHARITY'S INVESTMENTS. I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31.12.2022.
- Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have examiner's statement come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
