Activitie5 The Gioup pursues its objectives through holding an annual Conferen￿ with its Japanesè counterparts, altemately in Btiiain and Japan. As part of the Conferen￿ programme, delegates meet WI￿ thè respective Prime Minisiers and attend further events and meetings hosted by govemrll¢nt representalives and other bodies. Following each conference, the Br￿Sh Co-chaiman submits to the Bfth"sh Prime Minisler recommendations fom)ulatéd by the Group at the conference, notsbly on ways in which cooper8tion Collaboration between the tWC> countries might be enhanced. The Executive Directtir maintains regular contact ￿th wlevant UK-Japan bodies throughout the year to ensure that any OLrtstanding issuÈs in the bilateral relationship ar8 addressed by the Gmup.
