Activities
We are a short to medium term homeless hostel providing support for men, aged 25-60, in Watford with complex needs; primarily homelessness, drug and alcohol issues. We provide 24-hr support, in-house therapists, self-help strategies, supportive group work, signposting to external services, assistance with maximising benefits, advice on education and training and follow on support / resettlement.
Objects: To Relieve Hardship And Distress By Providing Accommodation For Homeless Adult Persons In The Geographical Area Of Watford And The Surrounding District Who Are In Need Of Care Support And Re-Settlement To Achieve A More Settled Way Of Life And To Further Help Those So Accomodated Who For Reason Of Any Physical, Psychological, Emotional And Social Infirmity Are In Need Of Advice Counselling And Other Forms Of Aid To Find Employment, Training, Education And Any Other Benefit To Prepare Them For A Settled Way Of Life In The Community And To Receive Notice Of Such Homeless Persons From Any Statutory Or Voluntary Agency.
