The Trust is a Charitable Trust estallish&l by Deed of 31st C¢iober1985. Under the temis of the Deed, the trustees have discretb)n over the managerrtht of invesknents. A resolution was made in November1985 to delega18 this management to Brewin Dolphin Securities Ltd. Trustees have discretion over all distributhms for charitable purp)ses. They consider applralions from a we number of chantable causes and make selections every few months. Charitable donakn'ons are detail on pag8 18. The Trust dcs not make chanlable donations to indivJuals. The Trustees alm lo dislriLwle all income, holding only a h level of reserves for day to day runnlng costs and for smoothlng out flucluatuions in incom8 and expendrture.
