We have pleasure in presenting our reFAYt for Ihe year ended 5th Ayil 2025.
The Trust is a Charitable Trust estallish&l by Deed of 31st C¢iober1985. Under the temis of the Deed, the
trustees have discretb)n over the managerrtht of invesknents. A resolution was made in November1985 to
delega18 this management to Brewin Dolphin Securities Ltd. Trustees have discretion over all distributhms for
charitable purp)ses. They consider applralions from a w￿e number of chantable causes and make
selections every few months. Charitable donakn'ons are detail￿ on pag8 18.
The Trust dc*s not make chanlable donations to indiv*Juals.
The Trustees alm lo dislriLwle all income, holding only a h level of reserves for day to day runnlng costs and
for smoothlng out flucluatuions in incom8 and expendrture.
Durfng the year under review, and in the perK>J since then, there have been no significant changes in
the inr£)me of the trust.
