The trustees have reviewed the outcomes and achievements of our objectlves and actrities for the year, to ensure they remaln focused on our charitable aims and ion.inue to deliver benefit to the public. We have complied wlth the duties under the Crvf..Ties Act 2011 to have due regard to the publlc benefit guidance published by the CoTm.'SSiOn. Aeserves are held at a level that the Trustees consider prudent for the Charity to achieve its objectlves in view of the potential risks identified. The reserves are currently £28,972, down from £36,155 In the prior year. We are a small organisation which is run through our Treasurerfs office which Is at 7 Dunyeats Road, Broadstone, Dorset BH18 8AA. When able to open, the Day Centre is open on Tuesdays from 10 am until 3 pm in the Church Hall at Broad5tone United Reformed Church in Higher Blandford Road, Broad5tone. Between 10 and 30 elderly people come to the Day Centre where thev receive refreshments and a cooked meal. page I

The cost of the meal is ala out of Day Centre funds, At present our funds are b005ted by the funds generated by our Charity Shop, but this r•r.e '.111 cease if the owners decide to sell, as we only have a monthly tenancy !hJiig* the owners have agreed to give us Six months, written notice. The jay Centre is staffed by volunteers from the churche5 in 8roadstone. The Shop is abo staffed by volunteers. We do not have any paid staff. There were no transactions wrth related parties during the year. The continuance of the Day Centre is only posslble due to the loyal land long terml support of the volunteers in both it and the Shop.
