Commlttee meetlw are held about once every months. The Head Teacher or Deputy Head Tea¢her are InNited to attend the meetiws. The Chair invites parents to attend the PTA rneetings in each school bulletin, as a reminder that they are fully welcome to ¢Tre along to the meelings and help in any vAythey can with the PTA SulFcornmittees may be formed by the cornmittee to rk on specific eventslactivities and will report back to the committee, for example the Christma5 and Summer fairs. New parentslcarers are VArmly Ykorned to join the PT The Comrnitee of the PTA regularly update parentslcarers in the school weekly bulletin of monies raised from events. and updating on forthcomi events and what monies will be spent on. Income and Expendlture The total income before expense5 (Includi frorn events. easyfundra1s1 matched fundi gift aid and interest from the bank accounts) for the financial year was £25,010.60. This breaks down into income from events whh came to £24.220.41. and incorne from e•sy fundraisi1 matched fundi gift aid, interest and donations came to £790.19. No gift aid was claimed on donations in this period. Expendlture from events totalled £9.719.02 and general IryA expenditure {including insurance, equipment, refunds and payments to the infant school) caffle to £477.26. Payments to the school carne to £35.458.43 as detsiled in the accounts for Providi facilities and equipment. £15.(MX) was
speciftcally fundrnised, over a 3 year period, for an an weather pitch to alleviate the pressure on safe play spaces in t weather. Totsl expenditure therefore came to £46,153.26.
