4 When statement arrives, delete corresponding entries on bank reconciliation cont.

5 Enter new bank balance in pink bank balance box
6 To add lines on bank receipts or payments Highlight 2 rows in left number column, under last entry and before the total figures. Go to insert on toolbar, click on rows. Repeat as necessary.

7 To add lines to bank reconciliation cont. As above, highlight 2 rows in left number column under last entry, go to insert and click rows. Repeat if necessary. Then highlight the area directly above new rows to pick up four columns width. Hold cursor over bottom right corner square, then pick and drag down page.

8 If you delete all entries in bank reconciliation by mistake. You can reinstate by clicking on cell, typing = then click on tab with information required, click on cell required, hit return.

Responsibilities and As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the basis of report accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
