RESOLUTION DATED 11 APR 2022 Main activities are use of the hall for meetings, lectures, and classes or other forms of recreation and leisure time occupation in the interests of social welfare and with the object of improving the social conditions of the life of the inhabitants. The Trustees consider these objectives lo be consistent with Charity Commission guidance on providing for the public benefit of the hall as showing in the list of activities pursued this year. The hall is in use most days of the week for a variety of activities including: pre-school play group, Cub Scouts, Badmingion Club, Keep Fit Group, Art Group, Games aflernoons, Films, Flower Group, Horticultural Group. It is the strategy of the Trustees to manage Ihe revenue budget on a s81f- financing basis and the contributions made by users of the hall are sel to achieve this. Management costs are kept to a minimum using volunteers for regular maintenance and cleaning of the hall. On average 20 hours of volunteer time are given each week to cover routine tasks such as bookings management, cleaning and maintenance. In addition, trustees give 40 hours a month for meetings and 200 hours per annum in organising and running fund raising events. Section D Achievements and performance Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year The main achievements in this year were commencement of the 'big build, following a large donation of £100,000 from a local resident and additional smaller donations after a local 'fund-me' campaign. Due lo the build, the hall was closed for the majority of the year therefore hall bookings were very low. However, regular income was received from the pre-school. Grant applications to Ilistl were successful, but heavily dependant on fu15 funding being received from all sources TAR March 2012

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 30 / 09 / 2021 .

Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.

I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
