Section D Achievements and performance Membership of the club has stayed relatively similar to last year wrth the Club ending with 57 members, this is split as follows.. 6 juniors. 19 intermediate and 32 senior members. As aNvays our income and expenditure always is different as we pay our membership a year in arrears to the Norfolk YFC levy. Summary ofthe main achlevements of the charlty during the year You will see that we did again make a profft from our club social with a profrt of 2794.57 this is half the profrt we made in the previous financial year so this does need to bared in mind when setting any levies and discounts for membership. Once again dinner danS have made what looks like a slight profit this was because we paid for tickets in the previous YFC year which is why there is more in¢ome then expenditure here. Once again we had a very successful Club Dinner Dance at Ca1)W Road and made a profrt of 2,272.78 which will go to charity as we do, again this is half what was made in the last year but we did have less in attendance to the previous years. Our meeting income were the meetings members paid for including the Ghost Walk and Pantomime and Xmas meal. The expenditure is higher where we have had BBQ and other meeting ¢>)sts in the year. Chanty Events have all wofrted throughout the year, the expenditure is higher as we held back on transferring our balan of money to Heart UK as they were able to double our donation in a Big Give week, so 5648 of the eXperKliiU went to them. We then donated 624.25 to Endometriosis UK in October as they were able to also double the donation for them. h all the events we have put on and induding the Dinner Dance Money have raised 3,795.94 for Endometriosis UK which we suggest we round up to 3800 which means V need lo send the final amount of 3,175.75 to them. Overall we woukl have helped them raised 4.425 with the double donation. It would be worth seeing if they are doing th8 double donation thing again as would mean they could get an additional nearfy 3200 and this means our amount raised would go up to around sk as well vthich would be fabulous for a year where didn'l do one big event. The sales income were the members portion of our dub shirts this is lower than the expenditure due to the sponsorship that the club received from PJM Agri. You will see that we have received a large amount of interest. as committee we deoded to move some of our money from our main account and popped this into our deposit a¢count. We have moved 4.ow vthich is easily at4e to be moved back to the main account rf required. The accounts dosed on 30 June with the folltr•ving balances; 20,962.58 in the main account 7111.72 in the deposrt account TAR
Section D Achievements and performance This shows that the dub has made a profft forthe year of £1,009.29 this does indlxle making the two charrty donations in this time. Please bear in mind with the figures in front of you as we have said that approximately £4000 will leave the account f membership and £3,200 will leave for Gharity money this will leave apwoximately £13,500 in Ihe main account.
