Reserves Policy The Reserves Policy of the Trust¢es is to maintain unrestricted funds. which are th¢ free Teserves of ihe Charity. at a l¢v¢l they consider appropriate to the Charity's n¢¢ds taking into a¢¢ount likely futur¢ requirements. Prlnclpal Uncert¢Tlniles and Rlsk Managemenl The Trustees hav¢ identified and reviewed the major risks to which the Charity is expos¢d, in particular those related lo the operations and finance of th¢ Company, and ar¢ satisfied that systems are in place to manage those risk5. It is recognised that systems can only provide reasonable but nol absolut¢ assurance that major risks have been adequately managed.
