SALTFORD PRIMARY SCHOOL PARENT TEACHER ASSOCIATION YEAR ENDED 31 JULY 2025 TRUSTEES, REPORT The Trustees submit their annual report together with accounts for the year ended 31 July 2025. GOVERNING DOCUMENT The governing document of The Saltford School Parent Teacher Association IPTAI is a constitution based on the PTA-UK Model Constitution, adopted on Ilth November 1981. OBJECTS OF THE ASSOCIATION To advance the education of the pupils of the School by assisting in the provision of facilities, or items for education at the School. REVIEW OF ACTIVITIES Fund raising event5 were held throughout the year, and total net receipts were £36,037. With this and earlier years surpluses, donations totalling £24,599 were made to the School. They are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the charity and hence for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud and other irregularities.
