TRUSTEES, REPORT
The Trustees submit their annual report together with accounts for the year ended 31 July
2025.
GOVERNING DOCUMENT
The governing document of The Saltford School Parent Teacher Association IPTAI is a
constitution based on the PTA-UK Model Constitution, adopted on Ilth November 1981.
OBJECTS OF THE ASSOCIATION
To advance the education of the pupils of the School by assisting in the provision of facilities, or items for
education at the School.
REVIEW OF ACTIVITIES
Fund raising event5 were held throughout the year, and total net receipts were £36,037.
With this and earlier years surpluses, donations totalling £24,599 were made to the School.

TRUSTEES RESPONSIBILITES
The Trustees are responsible for keeping accounting records which disclose with reasonable
accuracy the financial position of the charity and which enable them to ascertain the financial position of
the charity and which enable them to ensure that the financial statements comply with the Charities Act
2011 and the charity's governing documents. They are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the
charity and hence for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud and other
irregularities.

I report lo the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity I'the Trust") lor the year ended 3110712025.
Responsibilities and
basis of report
As the charity's Irusl8es, you are responsible for the preparation of the
accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011
I'lhe Act").
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accoufils carried out
ursder section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
have followed all the applicable Directions given by thg Charity Commission
under section 14515llbl of the Act.
Independent I have completed my examination. I confifm that no material matters have
examiner's statement come lo my attention in connection with the which gives me cause to believe
