GOVERNING DOCUMENT The governlnE document of The Saltford School Parent Teacher Association IPTAI is a constitution based on the PTA-UK Model Constttution, adopted on Ilth November 1981. OBJEcfs OF THE ASSOCIATION To advance the education of the pupils of the School by assisting in the provision of facilities, or items for education at the School. REVIEW OF AcfiviTIES Fund raising events were held throughout the year, and total net receipts were £27,461. With this and earlier years surpluses, donations tolalling £35.697 were made to the School. They are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the charity and hence for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud and other irregularities.
