TRUSTEES, REPORT
The Trustees submit their annual report together with accounts for the year ended 31 July
2024.
GOVERNING DOCUMENT
The governlnE document of The Saltford School Parent Teacher Association IPTAI is a
constitution based on the PTA-UK Model Constttution, adopted on Ilth November 1981.
OBJEcfs OF THE ASSOCIATION
To advance the education of the pupils of the School by assisting in the provision of facilities, or items for
education at the School.
REVIEW OF AcfiviTIES
Fund raising events were held throughout the year, and total net receipts were £27,461.
With this and earlier years surpluses, donations tolalling £35.697 were made to the School.

TRUSTEES RESPONSIBILITES
The Trustees are responsible for keeping accounting records which disclose with reasonable
a¢¢uracy the financial position of the charity and which enable them to ascertain the financial p051tion of
the charity and which enable them to ensure that the financial statement5 comply with the Charities Act
2011 and the chariws governing documents. They are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the
charity and hence for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud and other
irregularities.

basis of report
As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the
accounts in accordan￿ with the requirements of the Charib'es Act 2011
{'the Act.).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trusys accovnts caTried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
have followed all the applicable Directsons given by the Charity Commission
under section 145{5llbl of the Act.
