Objects: The Advancement Of Education By The Provision Of Scholarship To Enable Eligible Students Of The University Of Newfoundland To Pursue Either Undergraduate Or Post Graduate Studies In Great Britain And To Enable Eligible Students Being Residents Of Harlow To Pursue Such Studies At The University Or Other Institute Of Learning In Newfoundland.
