REVIE OF THE YEAR During the year the following projects and activities were funded by the Company: l. Lo d Lindsa Rooms - the Company has continued its support for activities at the Loyd Lindsay Rooms, which arc used for ihe benefit of charities, individuals and various organisati(Ins from within the local communily. The Company has funded the deficit of Ihe Loyd Lindsay Rooms, operations frvm its own resources, as set out in Note 3 10 the Financial Statementq. In the year under r¢view this includ¢d the Company spending £2,453 (2023 - £3,527) on the r¢furbishm¢nt of the Rooms. 2. Villa e Past and Present - the Company provided ￿ndIllg of £6,029 (2023 £6,660) tor the enhancement of tlie archive collection. part of whiLh is Dernitnently di8pl*yed within the l.oyd Lindsay Rooms and is also the subject of an annuaI. two-day public exhibition. The arcFLiViSts now operate out of larger pr¢mi5es, the Lost of which is borne by the Company. 3. Other- grants were awarded for graveyard tnakntenance of £180 (2023 - £1180), a new noticeboard at Ardington £4:890 (2023 - £nil) and s￿rts club £nil (2023 - £4,000).

NCIAI. POSITION The Coinpany incurred expenditure of £42,006 (2023 - £56,160) includingF £20.878 (2023 £34.579) for the benefit of local amenities in furtherance of the obje¢lives as stat¢d above. Thcre was no revaluation of the Loyd Lindsay Rooms in the year (2023 - nil)- The activitie8 resulied in a net deficit of £8,957 for the year (2023- surplus £5,851). RESERVF.S POLICY It is not the Trustees, TX)licy to maintain reseryes of in¢ome as all expenditure of the charity is met by annual donations income. DIVIDENDS The Company's Articles of Association wohibit the payment of a dividend.
