The HSCA exists to raise funds for both Hook Infants School, sited at Church View, Hook, RG27 9LR and Hook Junior School, sited at Ravenscroft, Hook, RG27 9NN. It is a registered charity number 281872.
Trustees
The trustees are the members of the HSCA Committee, elected from volunteer parents at the Annual General Meeting usually held in the first few weeks of the first term of each academic year.
Objectives
The objectives are to raise funds for both schools. The donation to the schools may be used by the head teachers in any way which furthers the education of the children. The fundraising is primarily done by running events which are of interest to children, their parents or the local population.

Financial Review
Both schools were given £14,800 during the year as their annual contribution. A further £19,207.44 was transferred to Hook Infant School following the Infants Flood Campaign in the summer of 2024. Overall, the current account balance increased by £2,842.26.

Following a review and audit of the account s filed to me by the Hook Schools Community Association (“HSCA”), I am happy to confirm that they represent a True and Fair view of the financial position of the Charity at that time.

A contribution of £14,800 each had been given to both the Hook Infant School and the Hook Junior School, totaling a contribution of £29,600. A further £22,838.46 was donated through the HSCA specifically for the Infant School for the Infants Flood Campaign - £19,207.44 was paid to the Infant School during this accounting period.
The movement in bank balances of £2,842.26 is consistent with the above reconciliation.
