It now limits its aCt[v￿eS to the promotion of a variety of chamber music concerts by professional musicians of a national or international standard in the Newton Abbot area. Activitles In the year to April 30th 2023 six concerts and a 75 Annrversary Piano Weekend were heId at The Courtenay Centre. Neurton Abbot. Finance Our 2022-23 programrne of concerts was wdl supported and consequently our year to April 30 2023 was very successful.. the accounts show a surplus of £5.511. We cover our costs due to substantial sponSOTship and ticket sales to k)cal restdents. We hold reserves to cover the cost of reFdacing our piano in 5-6 years, time and our long term eontract obligations to artists. Currently, we hold some £13.000 in a unit linked charities investrnent fund, £30,000 in a short term charities deposit account and some £20.000 in a business bank account for day-to-day management of the charity's affairs.
